Over the last 6 years I’ve compiled (and created) a bunch of free launch resources to help implement launches faster for myself and my clients.
With now being in August, if you’re wanting to launch this Fall you’ve got to start planning now.
So today I’m sharing my 12 favorite free launch resources that will help you in planning, implementing and analyzing your launch
Free Pre-Launch Resources
Your pre-launch involves a couple of things, namely planning the strategy for your launch and also building up anticipation and excitement about your launch.
Here’s what I recommend grabbing if you need some help on this phase of your launch:
1. Plan Your Stress-Free Launch
Let’s just start first with getting the whole picture of what you need to do to launch.
And that’s exactly what I’ve included in my Stress-Free Launch Workbook. You’ve got 7 steps to guide you to planning your launch, and outlining all the parts and pieces to pull it off.
Click here to download it now.
You’ll also get daily daily guided emails that go along with it, to walk you through planning each part of your launch over 7 days..
2. Use Pre-Launch Emails To Build Interest
My friend Whitney is an amazing copywriter, and this is my go-to blog post for when I need to write pre-launch emails.
She gives great examples, as well as step-by-step blueprints for you to follow.

3. Use A Pre-Launch Survey To Get Leads
Whitney’s also got us covered with how to use a pre-launch survey, to help you garner interest AND grab great copy for your sales page and sales emails.

4. Choose The Right Launch Strategy
I talk a lot about the three launch strategies that (almost) always work for any course, program or product –
Webinar. Challenge. Video Series.
But if you’re not sure which one is right for you, I created a quick quiz to help you figure it out, and jump ahead in your launch planning process.

Free Mid-Launch Resources
Let’s just first admit this is the most overwhelming part. So I’ve gathered some resources to help make this as easy as possible!
But unfortunately, Murphy’s Law and Mercury Retrograde will probably still wreak havoc on your teach systems…
5. Post On Social Media Every Day
One of the biggest questions I always get is what the heck to post on social media while you’re launching.
Since 2016, I’ve been using this post from Farideh Ceaser that gives me 25 content swipes to do exactly that!
She also has a free content upgrade to 100 posts, if you need more.
6. Use The Right Automation Tools
One of the biggest impacts you can have during your launch is to be available. So you’ve got to get as much off of your launch plate as possible!
So use these 5 pro tools to help you get even better results on your next launch.
7. Run FB Retargeting Ads
Over the years I’ve narrowed FB ads down to three simple campaigns you need for your launch – cold leads, sales page retargeting, and a few smart boosts.
The cold leads give you some opportunity to attract leads to your webinar, video series or challenge. The retargeting ads give you the change to make sure your email list hears about the launch. And the boosts help make sure all your social followers know about it too.
And the best part? With each of these you don’t have to spend a ton to see great results.

8. Use A Sales Arch For Your Emails
Whenever I have a client who has a 5-7 day open cart, I always come back to this sales email outline from Courtney Chaal.
She keeps some very simple and short emails, like the offer opening. And also some longer ones when you get into your why, and the major objections.
Free Post-Launch Resources
Your post-launch phase is doing two things – finding out why people didn’t buy, and setting them up to buy next time.
So here are the resource I’ve got for you to make sure you can increase your launch results next time around.
9. Use A Post-Launch Survey To Find Out Why
I’ve been talking a lot the last two weeks about how launching is a learning activity, so you absolutely must find out why people didn’t buy – so you can keep improving your launch results!

10. Use Upsells And Downsells To Maximize Sales
Another great thing about launching is that you’ve built up a lot of excitement and value, so your audience is ready to buy!
So, for those that join your course or program they’re excited to get started, and also open to an upsell. This can be something you add right away, or can also be about what offer is coming AFTER they finish the first program.
And for your audience that doesn’t buy, they can be downsold a lower priced option. After spending hundreds on Facebook ads to grow your list, maybe your offer wasn’t quite right. So you can offer a downsell to keep them engaged and invested with you.
But either way – it means more revenue for your overall launch!

11. Run A Post-Launch Analysis For Next Time
After you’ve done the survey, and finished everything for your launch you’ve got to dig into the numbers.
Here’s everything you need to know about running your own post-launch analysis.
12. Make Your Post-Launch Marketing Plan
Now that your launch is wrapped up, it’s time to go back to your marketing plan as normal, but….
If you’re planning to ever launch this course/program again, you also need to be setting up for gathering leads between those launches.
And you can do that with a few simple tweaks, like putting a waitlist in place and focusing on more visibility.

So those are my top 12 free launch resources! And I hope you’ll download and bookmark as many as you need.
