There are two powerful little letters that should be in every email you send out to your list.
PS.
They are proven to help increase your open rates, clickthrough rates and even your sales.
Click below to watch or listen and found out the three best practices for getting results with a post script:
Here’s what you need to know:
Increase engagement with new subscribers using a PS.
The best place to see immediate benefits from using a PS is in your opt in sequence.
Use this space to tease what’s coming in the next email, and keep the communication loop open.
It also helps them to look forward to your next send out, which will keep your open rates high and create a great relationship with new subscribers.
Increase sales with a final CTA.
In a list, or an email, we can readily remember the first line and the last line thanks to the Social Position Effect.
That’s why its essential to take advantage of adding a final call to action in each email that asks for a sale, purchase or even discovery call.
Use this space to include a “last chance” link and you’re almost guaranteed to see results in your Paypal balance sheet.
Keep your subscribers engaged.
You can also use the same principles above in your weekly newsletter.
If you’re working ahead on your content, use the PS field to tease what’s coming next. Or, if you’re running a blog series (like I did recently), it’s a great place to tease Parts 2-3.
Or, use the PS line to pitch discovery calls or to push action on your lower priced, passive income products or to check out your “Work With Me” page.
Whatever type of email you’re sending to your list, start thinking about clever ways you can use a PS to encourage them to take more action.

You offer the BEST little tips! SO great! I will be sure to use them! Thank you, Jessica! PS – You look gorgeous!
This. Is. GENIUS. I love the idea of using a PS in nurture sequences to tease what’s coming next. I’ve seen people do this but haven’t done it myself yet — that def needs to change!
I also appreciate that you shared suggestions to make a *true* ps. I’ve seen people basically just summarize what’s in the email and that always grinds my gears. They take the social position effect a little too far because they don’t add anything new in the ps. Your ideas are all unique and share NEW info, instead of just regurgitating what’s already been said. So I really appreciate that!
Wow! Such a simple, effective and crucial part of any email and yet I’ve never thought to use it. Thank you for the wonderful idea and how to give it value, rather than just some fluff!
WOW the P.S. is super powerful! i watched your vid and then used it in my newsletter today to drive peeps to join my new group and it worked! thanks for the tips jessica.
p.s. i love you on video!
